“Russia should be held responsible for all crimes committed in Ukraine,” Klitschko said.

“For the genocide of Ukrainians and animal cruelty. The evidence is sufficient for the International Court of Justice. And no lie will help the Russian barbarians.”

Klitschko also demonstrated the remains of a Russian hypersonic Kinzhal missile, which was shot down for the first time by the Ukrainian military with the use of the U.S.-made Patriot air defense system.

Earlier, Ukraine’s Defense Ministry said that thanks to the air defense forces, not a single Russian missile or drone over Kyiv had reached their target in the past two months.

On May 6, the Commander of the Ukrainian Air Force, Mykola Oleschuk, confirmed that a Kinzhal missile was intercepted by Ukraine’s air defenses.

Ukrainian military-focused news outlet Defense Express was the first to report that the hypersonic missile was shot down over Kyiv on May 4. However, the Ukrainian military command did not confirm this information for over a day.
