Mayim Bialik overshares about using a porta-potty, but her fans are here for it: 'I love how real you keep it!'

As we teach our little ones, Everyone Poops. Not everyone posts — in detail — on social media when they do, but Mayim Bialik is not everyone.

The Big Bang Theory actress took a drive on the scenic Pacific Coast Highway on Valentine’s Day, which was a gray day on the Left Coast. The weather isn’t important, though — the fact that she had to go to the bathroom on the go was.

So she did — in a porta-potty — and posted photos of it on social media.

If she wasn’t clear in her posts, a number that wasn’t “1” was involved.

And the moral of the story? “Poop where the porta-potty is,” she wrote.

Bialik then was feeling good to enjoy the view before she went home to celebrate “just another day” — Valentine’s Day for many (minus Kimye) — with her cat.

The post Bialik, who has been famous most of her life, shared on social media led to fans applauding her candor. “Your story is hysterical!” wrote odympark. “I love how real you keep it!” Posted meemslove, “If you feel it, you do it.” Mother_of_elva called the star’s posts “the best use of an Insta story I have seen in forever! Brilliant!” and staceylpk wrote, “Perhaps it’s ironic to say this in response to this post but…you are a breath of fresh air.”

Others shared their disgust over porta-potties — like raqsal, who wrote, “I seriously have to be exploding to use a portapotty.” Or offered tips — like mojenmarcI, who wrote, “I hope you used protection. Namely six layers of toilet paper between the seat and your cheeks.” That times 100.

And at least one commenter claimed to have used that same porta-potty, calling it “a lifesaver.”

Though not everybody wanted to hear it. Vangeli called it “too much information.” Debrayetter wrote, “U sooooo gross, get real.”

The star, who is wrapping up the final season of her mega-hit CBS show, was in the news over the weekend for something unrelated to her bowels. She was angry when a flight attendant refused to let her board a plane over an issue with her carry-on luggage. So it’s been quite a week.
