Mayim Bialik claps back at fan's inappropriate comment about her body: 'Thanks so much for noticing'

Word to the wise: You won’t endear yourself to a Big Bang Theory star by remarking on her big, ahem, breasts.

Actress Mayim Bialik, who plays Amy on the hit CBS sitcom, got an unsolicited comment about her body after she posted a photo of herself posing alongside Pokémon character Pikachu. Bialik joked about her T-shirt being stained, but one fan was apparently distracted by something else.

“D**n a bit bustier than I thought,” he commented.

Bialik’s fans rushed to call out the inappropriate remark — though one commenter joked that “maybe he was talking about the Pikachu.”

“What a ridiculous comment,” someone complained.

“Dude why?” added another, while one sarcastically shot back that it was “real respectful.”

Bialik, who is known for being a feminist, also gave a deadpan response to the comment about her chest.

“Thanks so much for noticing,” the 43-year-old star quipped. “It’s the most important thing about me.”

Her fans praised her for speaking out.

“This clapback is one of the many reasons why I love you!!” read one comment.

“Just when I thought you couldn’t be any cooler — you post this epic clapback!” a fan added. “Happy Mother’s Day!!! You are awesome!”

“What’s sad is he probably meant it as a compliment,” suggested another commenter. “Don’t think most men get it.”

As it happens, another Bialik T-shirt stirred up a different kind of controversy over the weekend. Some followers complained after the actress posted a photo of herself wearing a “Phenomenal Mother” top to show solidarity for migrant mothers.

“Going to have to agree to disagree on this one dear lady,” one posted.

“Not when they are law-breakers,” another critic wrote. “You should wear a shirt that says ‘Supporting Law-Breakers’ or ‘Above the Law.’ They are not and need to do it the lawful way.”
