A Huge Disruption

On Thursday, it was made public that Sons of Anarchy and Mayans M.C. creator Kurt Sutter had been fired by FX and would not be involved in Mayans at all going forward. Fans of both shows were shocked by this news, although Sutter had already taken a few steps back for season two.

'Mayans M.C.' Is Still Full Speed Ahead

However, despite all of the craziness around Sutter's situation, Mayans M.C. is moving right along through an explosive second season. Fans were thrilled to see that there's a Sons Of Anarchy crossover episode on the horizon, with Chibs (Tommy Flanagan) paying a visit to the Mayans.

A SAMCRO Crossover Episode

So far, only Gemma Teller Morrow has made the jump from SOA to Mayans for a brief flashback, but with one question -- "What a Scotsman gotta do to get a drink around here?" -- the presence of Chibs leaves many fans wondering who else could make an appearance on the spinoff as well. Anything is possible at this point, so fans will have to just wait not-so-patiently and see who turns up.

Even if Sutter is out, the Mayans ride on.
