Maya Rudolph is back as host of NBC’s Saturday Night Live and she’s doing what she does best—imitating Queen Beyoncé.

In her best “Texas Hold Em” ensemble, Rudolph appeared in a sketch as the multi-Grammy Award-winning artist on her second visit to the popular YouTube chat series Hot Ones, where celebrities eat spicy hot wings while being interviewed. Her first time in a Hot Ones sketch was three years ago.

“Giddy up, let’s go,” she tells Sean Evans (Mikey Day) as she prepares to sample some of the spiciest sauces she’s ever had. After her first taste, she says, “That’s a tasty wing and it’s not that spicy. I’m from Texas, baby. Your girl likes it caliente.”

Famous last words because she literally goes cross-eyes after her second sauce taste. She struggles to confirm she’s doing alright and wants to carry on, instead, she proclaims, “This wing is stomping my ass.”

Revealing her bones feel like they’re on fire, she calls for her assistant, played by Kenan Thompson. He’s fabulously dressed in a burgundy and gold top and with a head full of bouncy curls.

The final sauce doesn’t even have a name, it just has a toilet photo on it. While she didn’t rush to the nearest bathroom, she demanded that her face be blurred so she could let out a giant belch.

Meanwhile, her assistant has returned after Googling if it’s possible to have her bones replaced because they’re just too caliente.

To close out the sketch, Beyoncé demands her assistant take her expensive cocoa butter and aloe lotion out of her bag and get as much as he can into her mouth. Muy refreshing!

Poor Thompson came really close to breaking character during this sketch. Watch the full clip above.
