You’ll first need a Prime Video account, which offers a 30-day free trial itself, and then simply follow instructions to add Max to your subscription to access your Max free trial. Prime Video memberships cost $14.99/month and Max can be added for an additional $15.99/month. Once you sign up for the add-on, however, you can cancel it before the Max free trial period ends and avoid the additional cost. This is a great way for Prime Video users to enjoy the best Max has to offer, even if just for a little while. There are a couple of ways to get a free Max subscription when you sign up for DirecTV. Max is included in DirecTV’s Premier package which is available through satellite or internet and costs $154.99/month. Keep in mind, this plan is only available under a 2-year contract, which locks in the price and all the benefits including over 150 channels, premium networks such as Max, Showtime and Starz and nearly 100,000 on-demand titles. If you want a Max deal without a contracted commitment, opt for one of the DirectTV Stream packages, all of which offer Max as an add-on. The Choice package, the most popular, runs for $99.99/month and includes over 105 channels. And right now, DirecTV Stream is offering new subscribers a three month Max free trial. After the three months, your Max subscription will auto-renew at the regular price of $15.99/month.

Get Max Free With AT&T Wireless Plan
While AT&T no longer offers new customers free Max subscriptions, those with qualifying, grandfathered wireless plans can keep their free Max benefit.
