Mauricio Umansky is opening up about how stress is affecting him.

In a new preview for season 2 of Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills, The Agency CEO revealed to his wife, Kyle Richards, that he is beginning to bend from the pressures of his home and work life.

“It was a good moment for me today because I've been so stressed and the travel obviously affects, you know, us,” Umansky told Richards in their home. “And you’re working hard, and we’re just busy as can be and it's just been so stressful.”

Richards then asked him whether his employees have “seen” how stressed he is. “Well, I had a whole breakdown the other day in the office,” he said in response.

“I lost my shit and I just told everybody, ‘I can’t handle it. I’m done. Just leave me alone,’” he explained.

“I saw you had a little one here at the house too,” she said before asking him what was “weighing” on him most.

Umansky shared that it was “a lot of everything” including thinking about if he needed to do “layoffs” at his real estate company. “You know how difficult that is for me because I love everybody that works for us. There’s 9,000 people being fed from business that is happening at The Agency,” he said.

“Well that’s a lot of pressure when you think of it like that,” Richards replied.

In a separate confessional, the realtor CEO shared, “The last year and a half has been really stressful for me. I’m the CEO. I’m the boss of the Unmansky Team. I’m a husband.”

“I’ve been spreading myself way too thin,” he continued. “I’ve been trying to be like a macho man and not express everything that I’m dealing with my kids and my wife, and it’s starting to become one of these things where it’s just starting to get too big and too much for me to handle.”

The clip also highlighted the growing distance between Umansky and his wife during the interaction — which would eventually lead to their separation after 27 years of marriage

Richards shared earlier this month that Buying Beverly Hills season 2 would show more of their split because their decision to separate “happened after we were done filming” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13.

"The story came out, and then Netflix cameras happened to be in Aspen, so they ended up filming with us talking about it," she explained.

However, she also promised that RHOBH fans would also get the chance to see how it played out. "Obviously, Bravo's been following my life for 13 years, it's not like [Netflix] can film that scene and then I don't share it with the Housewives, so we ended up shooting both of those scenes for Buying Beverly Hills and [RHOBH]," she said.
