Matthew McConaughey Celebrates Wife Camila's 41st Birthday: 'Hot Mamma'

The star also reposted his eldest son Levi's birthday tribute, in which he declares his "mom is the bomb"

Matthew McConaughey is wishing his special lady a happy birthday!

The actor, 54, dedicated a sweet post to his wife, Camila Alves McConaughey, on Instagram in honor of her 41st birthday on Sunday.

TheHow to Lose a Guy in 10 Days star shared a photo of the couple rocking matching sunnies as they cuddled up in a doorway together.

“Exceptional ambiance,” he captioned the pic, adding, “#happybrithday [sic] hot mamma.”

The star also reposted a video that his eldest son, Levi, shared to honor his mom.

In the birthday message, which Matthew posted on his Instagram Story, Levi, 15, said, “My mom is the bomb. For real.”

"I made that post when I was 6, it still holds up,” he continued. “Love you so much and thank you for being the best mom that I could ask for, that we could ask for. Seriously.”

“Love you so so so much. Happy birthday and to many more,” the teen added, before signing off the birthday tribute with a “ciao” and an air kiss.

On Saturday, ahead of her special day, Camila shared a video of her and her mother-in-law, Mary Kathleen “Kay” McConaughey, getting a head start on the celebration.

In the clip, Camila and Kay, 92, sing along to Tina Turner’s “What's Love Got to Do with It” together.

“Don’t forget to SING out loud this weekend too!!” Camila captioned the video. “Even if you DON’T have a singing voice like me!”

Matthew and Camila have a sweet love story that started when they met in 2006 — and instantly connected.

"She showed up, and she moved right to left in front of my eyes across that club," the actor told PEOPLE of their first encounter. "It was as if she was floating. And I did not say, 'Who is that?' I said, 'What is that?' And then introduced myself.”

"Since that evening, I have not wanted to spend time with any other woman,” he added.

The couple tied the knot in 2012, after welcoming Levi together in 2008, and then daughter Vida in 2010. Months after their wedding, their third child, Livingston, arrived, completing their family of five.
