‘MasterChef’ Contestant Burns Other Cooks

Latin chef Aarón Sánchez brought his expertise to MasterChef to help judge a Latin-inspired mystery box challenge. Tennessee home cook, Tanorria, won the first challenge with her cilantro-lime shrimp over a roasted poblano cream corn. Winning that challenge got Tanorria three advantages: immunity from the elimination challenge, selecting the dessert everyone else would have to make, and saving three other cooks from elimination.

Tanorria really savored her final advantage as she walked around taunting everyone with the three wooden spoons that represented immunity. Even when Tanorria saved someone with her spoon, she still battered them with insults. The Tennessee home cook walked up to Diana and said, “That pie would send you home today, and I want to beat you later.”

In the end, Gordon Ramsay reminded everyone in the kitchen that he’s the “MasterBully,” telling Brittany, “There’s nothing more disappointing than to see something that looks lovely and tastes bland. You built me up, and you just kicked me in the nuts.”

MasterChef airs Wednesday at 8 p.m. on Fox.
