'Masked Singer' recap: A double reveal in the semi-finals identifies singer Seal, NBA's Victor Oladipo

Spoiler alert! This story contains details from "The Masked Singer" Season 2, Episode 11, including the identity of the eliminated celebrity.

Twice as nice. Wednesday's holiday-themed "Masked Singer" had quite the gift for viewers: a reveal of not just one, but two contestants.

Host Nick Cannon entered the stage, kicking off the semi-finals, backed by four men dressed as Rudolph. He was clad in a glitzy, Claus-inspired cape, worthy of his ex-wife, Ms. Christmas herself, Mariah Carey. Ken Jeong also served seasonal attire in a holiday sweater. Fellow panelists Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke also put on their festive best.

First up, the Fox offered clues for viewers, including a piano shown in a theater setting.

"The anonymity that the mask gives you is so freeing," he said. "It's a chance to prove to myself and to the people who don't know that I'm not to be slept on as a vocalist." Then the name Richard appeared in red text across the screen.

With holly berries adorning his top hat, Fox belted out Donny Hathaway's "This Christmas," which McCarthy said he "slayed like Rudolph."

What's a holiday show without presents? Serving as a clue, the Fox presented an image of the Rabbit from the competition's first season, revealed to be Joey Fatone.

"My buddy, Rabbit, came by the foxhole and told me I would have just a great a time as he did, and boy was he right," said Fox.

Jamie Foxx was on Jeong's mind, while Scherzinger guessed Tyrese. But it might be Thicke who has the most sensible notion with Wayne Brady. The "Let’s Make A Deal" host is friends with Fatone and played Little Richard on BET's "American Soul."

Before performing The Killer's "Mr. Brightside," Rottweiler shared clues of his own.

"This time of year, I'm always home with my family. So it's just hard being away and keeping this all a secret," he said. A passport and present to Cadence were shown.

McCarthy complimented the singer's passion and said he "deserved" to make the finals.

Rottweiler's gift for the panel was a note for them that read, "Happy Holidays to my new friends!!" indicating, perhaps, that he didn't know any of them before.

McCarthy, who had suspected James Franco, brought up Journey lead singer Arnel Pineda. Scherzinger and Thicke were on the same wave-length, imagining Darren Criss to be in the get-up.

But perhaps this isn't the dog's first singing competition. Detecting the voice of Chris Daughtry, this writer went on a little bit of an Internet search, finding the "American Idol" alum was in a band called Cadence and was born in North Carolina, previously referenced on the show.

Thingamajig performed next. "Hearing the panel's praise has been so humbling, especially after a tough year, with a lot of obstacles and adversity," the contestant said prior to.

Speaking of his family, he added, "My parents came here with nothing, and they taught me the key to the American dream is hard work."

A knee brace and kinesiology diploma were also highlighted.

Blown away by Thingamajig's version of Bing Crosby's "Winter Wonderland," Thicke congratulated the contestant on bringing his "A-game."

Thingamajig, speaking of his present – a hat and a whip, reminiscent of Indiana Jones – said, "While I am a massive movie buff, this clue involves a little more digging."

Could Jeong score with his guess of basketball player Victor Oladipo? Thicke, once again, said he believed it was Montell Jordan, and Scherzinger brought up Dennis Rodman's name again.

Dropping hints to viewers, Flamingo sang from a song book titled "Naughty or Nice" and revealed she sang in her church choir. The contestant might have a thing for sweets, as cupcakes and pancakes were included in the segment, as well as a basketball and suitcase.

Cannon said Flamingo's performance of Jeff Buckley's "Hallelujah" "definitely took us to church." Thicke said the number gave him his first body chill of the season.

Flamingo's gift of a globe marking Israel, and her clue – "I was baptized in Israel" –illuminated a light bulb for Scherzinger. She and McCarthy guessed Adrienne Bailon, married to Israel Houghton. She also sang in a church choir and, with female group 3LW release a Christmas album titled "Naughty or Nice" in 2002.

The next singer, Leopard once again made reference to his "cubs" and spoke of the early days of his career.

"My long and storied career began with a nativity play at 11-years-old," he said. "So every holiday season I'm reminded of the kid inside who loved to perform."

McCarthy raved that his version of Shirley Bassey's "Big Spender" was his "best performance yet."

Leopard gifted the panel a framed copy of blueprints of what was deemed a dream home. Taking it all in the judges made their guesses. McCarthy thought of Eric Benét, Jeong picked Jeff Goldblum, while Scherzinger and Thicke voted for Seal.

After all performed, cuts were made, with Thingamajig the first to be eliminated.

The panel issued their final guesses, which featured many an NBA star: LA Clipper Paul George (McCarthy), Markelle Fultz of the Orlando Magic (Scherzinger) and Indiana Pacer Victor Oladipo (Jeong). Thicke stuck with Montell Jordan.

Mask-free, Cannon told Victor Oladipo it was "good to see you," while the studio appeared to be in awe.

"You just shocked the entire world," said Cannon. "How does it feel to finally reveal yourself and to reveal your talent?"

"It feels great," Oladipo said. "It has been a rough year for me, but to be able to come out here and put smiles on people's faces, and just do something fun for once and kind of get away from the game has been awesome, so it's nothing but a blessing for me."

Leopard was also on the chopping block.

Thicke and Scherzinger were awaiting Seal's reveal while McCarthy expected Benét and Jeong, Goldblum.

"I knew it was you!" Cannon said to the revealed contestant, Seal.

The "Kiss from a Rose" singer said he would remember the experience "that's for sure."

"It was a lot of fun, and I'm kind of sad that it's over," he said.

Next week, Fox, Flamingo and Rottweiler will compete in the grand finale.
