It’s Hall of Fame night on “The Masked Singer” this week, and judge Nicole Scherzinger has a hunch that that means a certain NBA superstar is under the Venus Flytrap mask.

In TheWrap’s exclusive preview clip of tonight’s episode, Scherzinger has a few things factoring into her guess. As she explains to host Nick Cannon, “If I’m goin’ off of the gold medal, right, them dollars,” Scherzinger explains, “And them vocals, I’m thinkin’ it’s an NBA player.” At that, the actual Venus Flytrap laughs maniacally.

Still, Scherzinger presses on, saying that the medal shown in the package of clues could be indicative of an Olympic gold medal. And so, she guesses Hall of Fame basketball player Charles Barkley. You can watch the moment in the video above.

Once again though, Venus himself laughs, and the audience seems skeptical. And to that, Scherzinger is a bit defensive, reminding them “Y’all don’t know!”

And it’s true, they don’t. No one will – until Venus is eventually unmasked. Until then, it’s time to simply and wildly speculate.

As a reminder, this season’s contestants boast a combined 32 Grammy nominations, 16 Emmy wins, eight Certified Gold albums, four Golden Globe nominations, 42 books, 10 Teen Choice Awards and five stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

In this week’s “Hall of Fame” episode, judge Ken Jeong is unfortunately out, but fans will see a familiar, albeit bittersweet face. In one of his last TV appearances — filmed prior to his death last month — Leslie Jordan will be on the panel. “Community” star Joel McHale also sits in on the episode, filling in for Jeong.

“The Masked Singer” airs on Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
