Marvel is reportedly set to release a new Disney+ series about Paul Bettany's Vision in 2026.

According to Variety, the upcoming project will follow the events of 2021's WandaVision and will see Bettany will reprise his role as the synthezoid, while Star Trek: Picard's Terry Matalas will serve as the showrunner. This marks Marvel's first live-action series announcement in nearly two years; WandaVision creator Jac Schaeffer was previously developing the Vision-focused series, but had to refocus on the upcoming WandaVision spinoff Agatha All Along.

Bettany's last appearance as Vision dates back to WandaVision, where he was "resurrected" by Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff. His character faced off against "White Vision," the other robotic version of him that was reassembled by S.W.O.R.D., and was able to restore White Vision's memories before the series ended.
