It’s not just Brie Larson, Iman Vellani, and Tayonah Parris’ superhero counterparts that are teaming up to defeat the Kree threat, as critics will also be monitoring how the three perform alongside one another. A big focus of the movie is teamwork between The Marvels’ heroes, so hopefully that comes across.
MCU fans might also be wondering how many more appearances Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury will make. With the original Avengers being phased out or replaced with young proteges, eyes will be on Jackson’s portrayal of the more mature hero.
It wouldn’t be an MCU movie without a couple of cameos. We’ll be keeping our eyes open for any surprise moments from actors that haven’t been credited. Maybe someone special will pop up in a post-credits scene?
