‘Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’ Season 3 Trailer: Midge Gets Advice From a ‘Gilmore Girls’ Alum (Video)

Midge Maisel is taking her show on the road in the upcoming third season of “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.” And in order to navigate the showbiz world — an industry she knows very little about — she’s going to seek some guidance from Paris Geller. OK, it’s not actually Paris, but it is “Gilmore Girls” alum Liza Weil, who is featured in the Season 3 trailer in a mysterious, yet helpful, role.

“You see the world. The audiences, when they’re great, are really great,” Weil tells Midge (Rachel Brosnahan) in the newly released preview, which you can view above. “And you’re not having to go to your grave not having done anything interesting.”

But Weil popping up on another Amy Sherman-Palladino show is far from the only treat in the trailer, which teases a season centered on Midge learning how to live a different kind of life, away from her family in New York — and deciding if it’s the life she always wanted.
