The "Killers of the Flower Moon" director was feeling Ryan Gosling's Kenergy at the Oscars.

Martin Scorsese's epic Western drama Killers of the Flower Moon may have been shut out at the 96th Oscars, but the venerable director still found plenty to enjoy at Sunday's ceremony: namely, Ryan Gosling's sublime Kenergy.

Scorsese looked enraptured by the Barbie star's performance of the Oscar-nominated song "I'm Just Ken," as seen in videos posted by his daughter Francesca Scorsese.

The filmmaker, who was nominated for Best Director for Killers but lost to Christopher Nolan, repeatedly smiled to the camera and cackled to himself during Gosling's buzzy rendition of the song.

In another clip, Scorsese looked startled by some of the Ken backup dancers in the aisle and later pointed at the stage with delight. It was a stark contrast with the filmmaker's subdued reaction to Eminem's "Lose Yourself" performance at the 2020 Oscars.

Meanwhile, Gosling's partner Eva Mendes reposted one of Francesca Scorsese's videos on her Instagram story, writing "[I'm] living for this major moment of your Dad!!!! How F cool!"

Mendes didn't walk the red carpet with Gosling, though she posted a video outside his dressing room shortly before the evening began, writing, "Always by my man," in the caption. After the "I'm Just Ken" performance, Mendes posted a pic of herself inside what appeared to be that dressing room — and wearing the pink jacket and black cowboy hat that her partner wore as he belted out the song. "You took Ken all the way to the [Oscars], RG," she wrote. "Now come home, we need to put the kids to bed."

Gosling ultimately lost Best Supporting Actor to Robert Downey Jr. in Oppenheimer, and "I'm Just Ken" lost Best Original Song to fellow Barbie nominee "What Was I Made For?" by Billie Eilish.
