Marry My Husband Episode 7 Recap & Spoilers: Does Park Min-Young Get Closer to Na In-Woo?

The seventh episode of Marry My Husband begins right where the previous episode ends. Park Min-Young’s Kang Ji-Won and Na In-Woo’s Yoo Ji-Hyuk finally learn about the truth about their lives. They realize that they have both received a second chance to live their lives and change their fates for the good. After having a heart-to-heart conversation on the rooftop of their office, the two go to Ji-Hyuk’s place. There, Ji-Won discloses her plan to change her destiny to Ji-Hyuk.

She reveals to him that she has tried multiple other ways, but the only way she can escape her painful demise is to transfer her destiny to someone else. Thus, she plans to get Jung Soo-Min and Park Min-Hwan married to one another. It looks like both Ji-Hyuk and Ji-Won are quite comfortable with each other. They have also come closer to one another.

The Marry My Husband episode then shows that before he died in 2023, Ji-Hyuk met Ji-Won’s father in the form of a taxi driver. Thus, it is quite understandable that their destinies have now intertwined, and Ji-Hyuk is meant to help Ji-Won in her journey for this second chance to live her life.

In episode 7 of Marry My Husband, a man named Lee Suk-Joon arrives at the office the next day and has quite a high position in the company. He has also been keeping an eye on Ji-Won and Ji-Hyuk. The man goes on to warn Ji-Hyuk that if he mixes his personal and professional life, it won’t serve him well. Thus, Ji-Hyuk decides to keep a distance from Ji-Won at the office. The man even forces him to make Yang Joo-Ran the leader of the meal kit project instead of Kang Ji-Won.

Later on, in Marry My Husband episode 7, in the evening, Ji-Hyuk goes to Baek Eun-Ho’s restaurant. He gets extremely drunk there, and his sister, Yoo Hee-Yeon, has to come and get him. Hee-Yeon meets Eun-Ho for the first time there, and it seems like the two immediately have chemistry. The next day, Hee-Yeon gets the opportunity to organize a fun outdoor workshop for the company members. The workers must participate in a treasure hunt in the workshop to secure their sleeping places.

During the treasure hunt, Soo-Min tries to win by persuading Park Min-Hwan to collect the number one flag from the middle of a stream. However, Kang Ji-Won is also determined to collect the flag before them. While walking into the forest area to look for the flag, Ji-Won comes face-to-face with Ji-Hyuk. Ji-Won tells him that she wants to achieve everything on her own. She wants to fulfill her purpose without anyone’s help. She only needs Ji-Hyuk to talk to her as he is the only person who understands her.

At that moment in episode 7 of Marry My Husband, Ji-Hyuk shows her the blue heart he has on his chest, which is the same as the hearts Ji-Won’s father used to make on her allowances. He tells her that she can use him however she wants to fulfill her purpose. Ji-Won gets quite emotional after seeing the blue heart. But she insists that she only wants to see him happy and share her feelings and thoughts with him.

At the end of the Marry My Husband episode, Ji-Won enters the stream to collect the flag. She is, however, unaware of the fact that the stream is extremely deep and dangerous. Ji-Hyuk learns about it after listening to Yoo Hee-Yeon talking about it to Yang Joo-Ran. It seems like they were also unaware of it before putting the flag in the middle of the stream.

When Ji-Won gets into the stream, she soon begins to drown as the water is too deep. However, Ji-Hyuk arrives there and rushes into the stream at the correct time. He saves Ji-Won and holds her passionately. He is extremely concerned for her and tells her to ask for his help. Ji-Won again gets emotional and tells him that she does not want to be like Jung Soo-Min. She wants to do everything on her own. The episode ends with Ji-Hyuk intensely looking into Ji-won’s eyes and telling her that he wants to be a solid ground for her.
