In 2022, Bella stuck close to her mom and dad at The Adam Project premiere and threw up the heart sign with her dad and older brother Keen at the She-Hulk: Attorney at Law debut.

In honor of Bella's 18th birthday, Coigney, 51, shared a sweet message on Instagram. "The day of your birth was one of the most magical days of my life and you have been magical ever since,” the mother of three wrote in part.

She added, “We love you and are so proud of you. You have lived twice your age, and have done it style.”

Ruffalo celebrated Bella's milestone birthday as well, writing on Instagram, "Happy 18th birthday @belladogood. You live your life like a comet across the sky—burning bright and beautiful. Keep going kid. So proud of you and who you are as you begin your adulthood. Xoxo.”

The Avengers: Endgame actor and Coigney share three children: Bella, son Keen, 22, and daughter Odette, 16.

Led by Emma Stone, Poor Things is based on the 1992 novel by Alasdair Gray. Stone plays Bella Baxter, a woman who is on a journey of awakening after undergoing an experiment by mad scientist Dr. Godwin Baxter, played by Willem Dafoe.

In the film, Ruffalo plays Duncan Wedderburn, a debauched lawyer whom Bella runs off with to explore the world.

"We had been working on Poor Things for four and a half years by the time we shot it, so I felt ready for anything," Stone, 35, told PEOPLE at the U.K. premiere on Thursday. "I was so excited to finally be there telling this story. So anything that was absurd about it was already in the script and had already been talked through."

The Oscar winner went on to say that the cast are "all very very close," adding that "after the rehearsal process, we were really bonded, and we felt we could embarrass ourselves around one another and have a good time."

"I know Yorgos [Lanthimos, the director] really well, and a lot of the crew, so it was a comforting, cozy environment in which we created something so unique," Stone added.

Poor Things is in theaters now.
