Mark Consuelos Reveals How Wife Kelly Ripa ‘Went All Out’ at Their N.Y.C Home for Halloween

The talk show hosts brought music, fun and a ton of pumpkins to their Manhattan home

Kelly Ripa knows how to prepare for spooky season.

On Tuesday, Mark Consuelos posted a Reel to Instagram showing off Ripa’s over-the-top decorations for Halloween this year, which included live musicians outside the front door of their New York City home.

In the clip, violinist Karolina Mikolajczyk and accordion-player Iwo Jedynecki are situated outside Ripa and Consuelos’s Manhattan townhouse.

“@kellyripa really went all out this year,” the Riverdale actor wrote in the caption of the video. 
“Thank you @iwo_karolina.duo for elevating the neighborhood."

The pair plays Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D minor as the camera pans across Ripa and Consuelos’s facade, showing off the couple’s decorations.

An assortment of orange, white and yellow pumpkins are piled on either side of the front door. Next to one of the piles, some skeletons gather around a cauldron resting in a fire pit.

Toward the end of the video, the musicians cut out, a sound effect of three descending, increasingly suspenseful tones plays as Consuelos pokes his head out the door.

Laughter breaks out as the camera zooms in on the actor before he, too, breaks from his serious composure.

This is not the first time the famous couple have shared a look inside their New York home.

After Consuelos returned home from a trip to Italy earlier in May, Ripa shared a sweet video of their dog Lena enthusiastically greeting him at the front door. She panned around the grand foyer revealing all the impressive details, including the metallic Chinoiserie-style floral wallpaper adorning the smaller entryway leading outside.

Ahead of the couple's co-hosting debut on Live with Kelly and Mark in April, Ripa shared a funny snap on Instagram of the pair snoozing in bed with their dogs.

"Severe prep work in progress," she captioned the post. The photo also showed off their fun accent pillows embroidered with the words, "I want to be where the people aren't."

And back in December, Ripa shared a glimpse of her towering Christmas tree that almost skimmed the high ceiling. "Isn't she lovely 🎄♥️," she captioned a photo of the evergreen, adorned with baubles from her and Consuelos' "33 year ornament collection."
