Mario to Independently Release ‘Beautiful’ New Love Song
R&B giant Mario is gearing up for a steamy new summer tune — and it’s dedicated to his woman. The soon-to-be independently released hit song will see each of the two superstars joining beautiful forces sonically.
“I can’t wait!” he tells Billboard. “We’re official.”

“My love, you are so honest with me/ It will never be toxic with me,” Grammy-nominated Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper Mario melodically sings. “You don’t need any other options but me/ Because you are my real one.”
He later harmonizes, “I love when you drop it down low/ But you’re still high maintenance.” And goes on, “God really perfected us.”
Mario is gearing up to participate in the Jackie Robinson Celebrity Softball Game in Los Angeles, two weeks ahead of the Baltimore native’s concert at MGM National Harbor near Washington, D.C., on July 29. Tickets for the show are already on sale.
The concert is presented by Femme It Forward, a music and entertainment company that Mario has partnered with to launch #MarioMondays.
