The 49-year-old pop icon made a splash when she snapped photos showing her shoulders deep in an oversized jacuzzi while wearing a silver sequined dress during her tropical vacation in the Dominican Republic. Mariah Carey flashed a smile while getting wet in the plunging neckline gown, which seemed to be the same outfit she wore on New Year's Eve.
