Maria Menounos and her husband Keven Undergaro are putting their travel plans on hold for the best reason: They are having a baby!

The TV host, 44, dropped the news on "Live with Kelly and Ryan" Tuesday after Kelly Ripa asked about the couple's summer plans.

"We had a lot of plans. We were going to go to Greece in the summer," Menounos said. "We're having to move that up because … we're having a baby!"

She continued: "I had to share it here first because you guys are my family. You guys have been on the journey. And I'm so grateful."

Menounos has been open about her and Undergaro's fertility struggles and attempts to grow their family, which they have been trying to do for a "decade," she said on "Live." She shared that they are welcoming the child through a surrogate.

"We've done everything. I mean, literally everything. They've tried to get me pregnant. That didn't work. Kevin had a surgery. That didn't work. He's hung me upside down like a chicken," she joked. "That didn't work."

But with help from Zoe Saldaña and Kim Kardashian, Menounos said she and Undergaro, 55, got in touch with a lawyer and who connected them with a woman who matched them with an "angel" surrogate.

"We're just so so grateful because these people really help you bring life forward. And without them we wouldn't have been able to this," she said.

People magazine first reported the baby news.

Menounos also shared the announcement on Instagram Tuesday, saying her late mother "had a cup of Greek coffee with god and said it’s time."

Menounos' mother died in May 2021 after a long battle with stage 4 brain cancer.

"Can't believe I’m sharing this news without her in the physical," she added in her caption. "But I know she made it happen on the other side and is going to be with me every step of the way."
