Peso Pluma and Eslabón Armado will join forces and perform their hit “Ella Baila Sola,” which is nominated this year, for the first time on television. Other performers stand to win big, too: Edgar Barrera leads this year’s nominations with 13 nods. Bizarrap, the Argentine producer who secured hit after hit in 2023, is up for six awards, including Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Producer of the Year. The Colombian star Feid was nominated five times and has nods for Best Reggaeton Performance, Best Urban Music Album and Best Rap/Hip Hop Song. Longtime Latin Grammy mainstay Alejandro Sanz could win Record of the Year and Song of the Year, while Becerra is a contender under Song of the Year, Best Reggaeton Performance, Best Urban Song, and Best Urban/Fusion Performance.

Kany Garcia was nominated for Best Regional Song, while Carin León is up for Best Norteño Album. Christian Nodal, who recently spoke to Rolling Stone about fatherhood and his new music, has nods for Best Ranchero/Mariachi Album and Best Regional Song. Rauw Alejandro’s album Saturno is in the running for Best Urban Music Album.

For the first time, this year’s Latin Grammys will be held in Seville, Spain. They’ll be broadcast at 8 p.m. ET on Univision in the U.S., and at 10:30 p.m. CET on Radiotelevisión Española (RTVE) in Spain.

The 2022 ceremony was held in Las Vegas. “A main purpose of the Latin Grammy Awards is to recognize excellence and create a greater public awareness of the cultural diversity of Latin recording artists and creators, both domestically and internationally,” a mission statement on the academy’s website reads.
