Charles Manson disciple Leslie Van Houten unfortunately won’t get to see the actress who portrayed her in “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” anytime soon, because her parole has been denied again.

The 69-year-old had been recommended for release back in February by the parole board, but on Monday, Governor Gavin Newsom denied her release and said, “I find the evidence as a whole shows that she currently poses an unreasonable danger to society if released from prison at this time.”

Van Houten was 19-years-old when she was convicted for the 1969 murder of grocer Leno LaBianca and his wife at their home in L.A. The LaBianca killings took place one day after the Manson Family butchered actress Sharon Tate, but Van Houten is not believed to have participated in that killing.

The murderer is also featured in Quentin Tarantino‘s upcoming flick with Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio. The role of “Lulu” Van Houten is played by actress Victoria Pedretti.

Charles Manson was also denied parole multiple times, but luckily he died behind bars in 2017.
