ManningCast sketch leads off the new season of 'Saturday Night Live'
The ManningCast is crossing cultural barriers.
Peyton and Eli Manning host a popular alternate NFL broadcast on many Monday nights, providing analysis and interviewing guests in a casual setting during "Monday Night Football."
"Saturday Night Live" viewers got a taste of the ManningCast in its first skit of the new season.
"Peyton Manning," portrayed by SNL host Miles Teller, sets up the concept: "This is our ManningCast, where we do live analysis of what's already of what's already playing on TV."

The skit inside the skit is former President Trump at Mar-a-Lago during a hurricane.
"Oh, good, a Trump sketch. Way to mix it up," Teller says.
The "Mannings" (Andrew Dismukes portrays Eli Manning) interrupt the sketch throughout with put-downs. Actor Jon Hamm does a cameo as a live guest, and he and Teller trade barbs about who is a bigger star.
The real Peyton Manning hosted SNL in 2007, and provided one of the shows more popular bits -- especially among football fans -- from its run that's near a half-century.
