Mandy Rose: Tiffany Stratton Has A Really Bright Future

Mandy Rose has heaped praise upon WWE’s Tiffany Stratton.

She is a former Tough Enough contestant, and spent many years in the promotion. However, it came to an end in 2022 and she has not wrestled since. She lost her NXT Women’s Champion and was fired for her OnlyFans-like content she was selling online.

Mandy Rose spoke to the Power Alphas Podcast (via Fightful), where she discussed comparisons between herself and Stratton.

The former NXT Women’s Champion called Tiffany Stratton an “incredible talent”, and called the comparisons “an honor”. Rose was “blown away” when she saw first saw Stratton at the start of her NXT career, which was in 2021.

“I’ve seen a lot of Mandy vs. Tiffany Stratton. People like to compare Tiffany Stratton to me, she gets that a lot. She just got asked how she feels about those comparisons. I thought it was really sweet. She said nice things about me and that it’s an honor to be compared to someone like me, which is cool. I’m very honored as well.”

“I retweeted something that was ‘real recognizes real.’ I’m always about putting other people over when they deserve it. I think she’s an incredible talent and has a really bright future. I’ve always said that, from he first match at NXT. I was really blown away. I was like, ‘Damn.’ She knew what she was doing, which is crazy because at that time, when I was in NXT, I don’t know if I could have a match like that.”

Speaking on the Power Alphas Podcast, Mandy Rose revealed her most embarrassing moment, which was when she failed to put up a ladder during a huge match.

She called it a “very bad match”, and was one that she would likely want to forget.

“That’s really great that you brought that up. You know why? Because there are so many people out there that love to just post that randomly cuz, there’s a video. So, it’s all my fans out there. No, it’s all my fans out there. I’m glad you brought that because I want to tell the story of how it happened. Well… If we’re going, most embarrassing moments that was definitely one.

“So let me just explain something to you. I practiced. Cuz people don’t realize those tables are heavy. They’re heavy, they’re hard, you’re in the middle of the moment, you’re blown, all these things, that was the worst match of my life. Daria and I both, we both say that was the worst match it was so many things going on in our life, it was very bad. Very bad match.”
