Although celebrities like Sofia Vergara, Jennifer Lopez, and Anne Hathaway have worn extra roomy wide-leg jeans lately, Mandy Moore was recently spotted in a flattering denim style that never goes out of style: straight-leg jeans.

While holiday shopping, the actress wore a winter-ready outfit — she had on a black crewneck sweater paired with straight-leg jeans and styled the look with clogs, a shoulder bag, and black sunglasses.

Moore isn’t the only fan of straight silhouettes — Kate Middleton and Kate Hudson wore the denim trend this fall, too. So, if you’re not into the look and fit of baggy or wide-leg pants, don’t think you need to give up your straight-leg jeans and trousers. They’re classics for a reason.

We rounded up straight-leg jeans from Madewell, Nordstrom, Gap, and more so you can add a new pair to your closet — and prices start at $33.
