“Very into this new @iliabeauty complexion stick,” Moore wrote of the Ilia Skin Rewind Complexion Stick, which debuted to the public in early March. It’s the newest product to come from the PEOPLE Tested-approved beauty brand that boasts famous fans like Riley Keough, who has raved about the cream blush Multi-Stick, and Paulina Porizkova, who credits the Super Serum Skin Tint for making her look “a little more presentable” in just five minutes.

Imagine the Skin Rewind Complexion Stick as a middle ground between a foundation and concealer infused with the nourishing ingredients of your favorite serum. The pigmented beauty stick is easy to apply, requiring only a few swipes to minimize the appearance of pores, smooth out texture, and neutralize redness, all while strengthening the skin barrier with an anti-aging ceramide-peptide complex and a soothing cocktail of butterfly lavender and kelp extracts.

It has a medium-coverage, buildable formula that can be used in two primary ways: all over your face, like a foundation, or in targeted areas like the under-eyes or atop dark spots, like a concealer. For heavier, all-over coverage, your fingers work just fine for blending, but the brand recommends the small, dense Shadow Brush for more precise coverage.

Ilia says the Skin Rewind Complexion Stick will stay in place for up to 12 hours, and it can help to enhance your glow and reduce the appearance of wrinkles with every wear. So far, early users are impressed with their results.

“This is the best makeup I have ever tried,” one reviewer raved on Ilia’s website. “It's very lightweight and the coverage is just amazing.” Another shared that they never usually use stick foundation, but because of this one’s skin-smoothing abilities, they’d “definitely recommend” it.

Recent Oscar winner Emma Stone was one of the first people to wear the new product, with her makeup artist using it on her ahead of the Producers Guild Awards. Fellow 2024 Oscars nominees Greta Gerwig and Lily Gladstone also wore the Ilia complexion stick on the red carpet this awards season, according to Ilia.
