This year’s World Choreography Awards nominees list includes Mandy Moore (“Zooey’s Extraordinary Playlist”), Casey Nicholaw (“The Prom”) two-time Emmy Award winner and “Dancing With the Stars” host Derek Hough (“The Disney Holiday Singalong,” “DWTS”) and many others, the awards organization said Wednesday.

The “Choreo” Awards nominees list also includes Ashley Wallen (“The Greatest Showman”) and Chris Scott (“In The Heights”), and Kenny Ortega and Paul Becker (“Julie and the Phantoms”). Kinjaz scored two nominations in the music video category for Justin Beiber/”Take It Out on Me” and Jackson Wang/”100 Ways.”

The 2021 awards will be held Monday, Dec. 13, at The Globe Theatre in downtown Los Angeles. The Show will include live performances and COVID protocols will be in place. Due to the pandemic, the 2020 Choreo Awards were delayed and held at the Avalon Hollywood, on May 16, 2021. The awards showcase the most innovative and original works by choreographers featured in television, film, commercials, digital content, and music videos.

The show is produced by its founder, Allen Walls and co-produced by Cheryl Baxter-Ratliff. “This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see the very best dance content in the world on one stage for one night only,” Walls said in a statement to TheWrap.
