Tiffany and Walker say their mother, Shari, hits the casino the moment her paycheck drops into her bank account. They say she’s nearly $90,000 in debt, has filed for bankruptcy multiple times, and is now living with Walker and his wife, Emma, because she can’t afford a place of her own. TELL DR.
