Man Robs Loganlea Liquor Store Armed With Machete

Police have released CCTV vision depicting an armed liquor store robbery which took place in Loganlea, Queensland, on Monday, August 13, around noon.

In the video, the robber can be seen threatening the 63-year-old store attendant with a machete. Police said the attendant emptied the till into a blue shopping bag the armed man was carrying, and the man also stole a bottle of liquor.

The man is described as being in his 20s, 177 cm tall, wearing black tracksuit pants and a black jumper. He had white fabric wrapped around his head. Police believe he is linked to another armed robbery in Loganlea which took place on August 11. Credit: Queensland Police via Storyful
