Man Reunites With FBI Agent Who Helped Save His Life When He Was 11 Years Old

Candice DeLong was the head profiler in the San Francisco division of the FBI in 1996 when she says she learned that a convicted child molester had abducted 11-year-old Tony Fort. She says she joined her squadmates at a train station as they arrived to capture the man. “I saw this little, tiny arm in the middle of all of it, and I reached in and pulled out the little boy,” DeLong recalls. “He was scared. He was trembling. He was crying. I put my arms around him. He told me his name was Tony, and I told him, 'You’re safe now.'” DeLong reunites with Tony for the first time in more than two decades on Dr. Phil’s stage. Watch their reunion and hear more of the story in the video above. On Monday’s episode, "Surviving Evil," Tony speaks out for the first time about being groomed and abducted by a man whom his mother thought was her friend. Then, on Tuesday, "'Surviving Evil' Kidnapped And Abused: Former Victims Speak Out," go inside the dramatic rescue of Tony. Plus, hear from a woman who says she was 13 when she was lured from her home by an internet predator and placed in a dog collar, chained to the floor, and horrifically abused.
