Man Calls 160 Lbs. Weight Loss ‘One Of The Best Decisions I’ve Ever Made’

John is 5’8” and says he reached his highest weight of 360 lbs. by age 20. He says he once believed in the body positivity movement until it almost killed him. Now, at 31, John says he weighs around 215 lbs., and has maintained his weight loss for the last decade. He says he is far healthier and will never let himself get that heavy again. “It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It completely changed my life,” says John about his weight loss. But as a vlogger and proponent of diet and exercise, he says he has had many people get angry with him because he advocates for others who want to lose weight. John says he wants to see people be happy and healthy, and when it comes to losing weight, he says he also wants them to feel supported.
