“MAFS”' Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner Reveal Sex of Twin No. 2: 'Celebrating Every Milestone' (Exclusive)

The couple previously announced that one of their twins is a boy

Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner are revealing the sex of their second twin!

The Married at First Sight stars, who met and married on the first season of the series, recently announced that they are expecting twin boys, sharing the news on their YouTube channel.

"We've been celebrating every milestone of this pregnancy! It's been so fun documenting every moment on our YouTube page, Hanging with the Hehners, knowing one day we can watch it back and relive the pure joy we've been feeling," Otis tells PEOPLE exclusively. "This pregnancy has been the biggest blessing from God and we will forever be thankful!"

"And last weekend on April 20, we found out that they're both BOYS!" she exclaims. "I can't believe we have two little boys joining our family! Their big sister was hoping for a girl but their big brother guessed two boys!"

"Our whole family is so excited to meet them this fall! Now we just need to figure out what to name them."

Earlier this month, Otis and Hehner shared that they'd found out one of their twins is a boy, sharing exclusive photos with PEOPLE ahead of their announcement.

For their first sex reveal, the couple tapped Kierstin Papillon, who owns Posh Picnic, to help them with their theme of He or She, What Will Babies Bee? The event included a cake with bees all over it, as well as honey-themed decor throughout the party that stayed on theme.

In a few sweet photos, Otis hugged her husband while the two posed with son Hendrix Douglas, 3, and daughter Henley Grace "Gracie", 6, smiling and laughing together.

For the big reveal, Otis and Hehner popped cannons that released blue confetti into the air, cementing the fact that they're having a boy.

In February, Otis revealed that she is expecting her third and fourth babies with Hehner, posting a video on their family YouTube channel that shared the exciting news.

"It's been a long journey to get here," Otis told PEOPLE exclusively of the couple's happy news at the time. "But I really believe that everything does happen in God's perfect timing."

Shortly afterward, Otis and Hehner announced that they are expecting twins. "I've always wanted to be a twin mommy," Otis exclusively told PEOPLE. "My little sister and brother are twins, but my mom said it'd skip my generation and go to my kiddos, so I never expected I'd end up with twins!"

"After 3+ years of trying, we didn’t think we could be any more excited than simply finding out we are finally pregnant again and the pregnancy is healthy," shared Otis. "BUT TWO! We are over the moon excited (and a wee bit scared! Ha!)"
