The original version of Madonna’s star-studded “Bitch I’m Madonna” video ends with shots of an illuminated, New York high-rise rooftop. The preceding images feature the pop queen all partied out, lying on the floor.

The behind-the-scenes video shows that alternate closing shots were filmed for the piece. This version captures the aftermath of the night in different light. We get more glimpses of the evening winding down. In one scene, a clearly exhausted Madonna leans into the arms of her model friend as they exit down a hall.

Once the party is over, we see an empty venue, bubbling sauna filled with pool floats, and an apartment covered in confetti with a disco ball on the floor. But Madonna welcomes the sunrise like a true, party vet, running on a second wind. She poses in front of the widows overlooking city and exclaims, “Time to wake up New York!”

Elsewhere in the 1-minute-and-42-second clip, Madonna proves that all had a great time on set. She greets Chris Rock and Rita Ora, who make cameos, and is even in a good mood as she sits in a hallway between takes. She takes a backwards plunge in the group of singing, glowing, neon sock puppets, and shows footage of the adorable tutu and jean jacket-wearing girls singing, “Cause I’m a bad bitch.”
