Remember that necklace of Megan Fox's blood Machine Gun Kelly flaunted on Instagram? He's still wearing it.

For their first Valentine's Day together, Kelly revealed on Instagram he carries some of Fox's blood in a necklace. "I wear your blood around my neck," wrote Kelly alongside an Instagram gallery that included emojis such as a red rose, a blood drop and a knife. "My bloody valentine," he added.

Kelly, 31, whose real name is Colson Baker, wore the necklace in an appearance Wednesday on "The Ellen Degeneres Show," showing it off to the host while elaborating on what the unique jewelry choice meant to him.

"Some people give like a handkerchief to their partner, or whatever – she gave me her DNA," he said.

The singer/rapper also divulged to Degeneres about another one of his famous relationships: His friendship with "Saturday Night Live" comedian Pete Davidson. The two had a viral moment in January when Kelly served as musical guest on the sketch comedy show and fell off the stage with Davidson during the ending credits.

Kelly said Wednesday he "absolutely" blames Davidson for the fall.

"You know how there's that thing with method actors? Pete's, like, a method person," Kelly said, adding "every time I show up and see him, he has a different hair color and a different body shape and type. Last time I saw him he was skinny and tatted, this time I saw him and he was removing his tattoos and he's... huge like Arnold Schwarzenegger."

He recalled going to give his friend a hug at the end of the episode as if to say "this was a great show," until things went south.

"He's huge and I just toppled over," Kelly added.

Fox, 34, split from her husband of nearly 10 years, Brian Austin Green, the "Beverly Hills, 90210" star, 47, confirmed on his podcast “…With Brian Austin Green," in an episode last May titled “Context.”

Rumors about Fox and Kelly dating ensued around that time when Fox showed up in the music video for Kelly's single "Bloody Valentine," and the couple went Instagram official soon after, spending last summer gushing on Instagram and in interviews about their "instant connection."

"Waited for eternity to find you again..." Kelly wrote on Instagram July 28.
