Machine Gun Kelly is sharing a glimpse into his star-studded birthday celebrations.

The musician  — real name Colson Baker — marked turning 34 on April 22 with a party at his home, and two days after the bash, MGK posted a series of photos from the celebration, including one with his on-off girlfriend Megan Fox.

In the snapshot, MGK sat in front of a backdrop featuring an ‘XX’ symbol and several candles while Fox, 37, crouched alongside him. The actress dressed in all-black for the event in an oversized tracksuit and cropped corset-style top, while she wore her purple-hued locks in loose waves. Meanwhile, MGK sported a blue Nelly-themed T-shirt and black baggy pants.

“genre: birthday 🙅🏼‍♂️🙅🏼‍♂️,” MGK captioned the Instagram carousel post, referencing his latest EP, Genre: Sadboy, which he released at the end of March.

A source previously told PEOPLE that Fox was by MGK's side at the bash, which was also attended by Tiffany Haddish, Evan Ross, rapper Mod Sun and ex Amber Rose.

“Love u dog,” wrote Mod Sun, 37, in the comments section of the post.

Rapper and singer Post Malone also featured in the photos, including a shot of the duo holding up their middle fingers to the camera with a fellow partygoer as they  snapped a selfie.

Another picture showed the pals talking while surrounded by a group of people.

The singer was also treated to an impressive birthday cake for his party. The sweet treat was decorated with black icing and featured colorful crystals and orange crystal balls, along with an anime version of MGK on the front.

The words “genre: birthday” had also been piped onto the dessert, which featured a green dragon topper, in pink icing.

A source close to MGK and Fox told PEOPLE in March that the couple's relationship continues to be a rollercoaster.

"One day they’re up, the next they’re down," the insider said at the time. "That intensity is still there nearly four years into their relationship, but that's not necessarily 'healthy.' "

"There are still a ton of trust issues between them and it’s very toxic," the source continued. "They can’t stay away from each other and there’s a lot of history there, but they also don’t know how to be in a healthy relationship. They’ll be totally fine, then days later get into a huge blowout fight and not talk for weeks, but then give in and be all lovey-dovey again."

That same month, Fox acknowledged that she and MGK had called off their January 2022 engagement in 2023 during her appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast.

"What I can say, that [he is] what I refer to as being my twin soul, and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what. I can't say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I'm not willing to explain,” she said, declining to go into detail about the pair’s relationship status.

The couple went Instagram official with their relationship in July 2020.
