Judge will rule later on request by Trump and Cohen to delay Stormy Daniels 'hush-money' lawsuit

A federal judge in California postponed a decision on a request to delay a lawsuit filed by porn star Stormy Daniels against President Donald Trump and his personal lawyer, Michael Cohen. Daniels' suit claims that a non-disclosure deal that she signed in 2016 to keep quiet about an alleged affair with Trump is not valid because the president never signed it. The delay was sought because of a pending criminal investigation of Cohen in New York by federal prosecutors there.
