Stuart says that except for the three years he was in the military, he has smoked marijuana for the past 50 years and now he can’t function without it. Stuart’s wife, Renee, says the problem is that he isn’t functioning and his health is at risk. “I’m not having fun,” says Stuart, who claims he started smoking marijuana at age 5 to cope with childhood trauma and says that his dependence on marijuana controls everything he does.
