M&M’S Will Replenish Your Candy for Free If You Run Out on Halloween

Customers can get free candy delivered to their doorstep in an under an hour on Halloween night

There’s no greater tragedy than running out of candy on Halloween night, but M&M’s wants to prevent that catastrophe.

This year, the candy-coated chocolate company will be launching the M&M’s Halloween Rescue Squad to deliver free M&M’s to homes on Halloween night – no tricks involved – so the evening can be full of treats.

For customers to get their hands on some of these last-minute candies, they’ll have to head over to the M&M’s Halloween Rescue Squad website. on Oct. 31 after 3 p.m. EST.

Ghouls and girls who notice the candy bowl running low will be able to order some sweets to be delivered to their home within an hour thanks to M&M’s partner GoPuff, while supplies last.

“We're doing everything we can to inspire more moments of everyday happiness this season," Tim LeBel, president of sales and "Chief Halloween Officer" at Mars Wrigley, said in a press release.

In addition to the Halloween rescue squad, the company released campfire s’more M&M’s and brought back the popular Skittle Shriekers to celebrate the sweet season.

M&M’s isn't the only companies to recognize a food emergency when they see one. Domino’s is also giving out free, emergency pizzas to customers “whenever they need it most,” according to a statement regarding Domino's new Emergency Pizza program.

Anytime through Feb. 11, 2024, customers can order a medium two-topping pizza for free, as long as they are reward members.

Designed with burnt dinners, power outages and surprise in-law visits in mind, the emergency pie is a one-time members-only deal. Domino’s guests earn the coupon when signed into their rewards account and after placing a delivery or carry out order of $8 or more.

Emergency pizzas cannot be ordered on Oct. 31, Dec. 31 or Feb. 11.
