Luke Perry died of a stroke and had no other underlying causes that led to his untimely passing.

According to the “Beverly Hills, 90210” star’s death certificate, Perry died from “ischemic cerebrovascular accident.” An ischemic stroke is caused by a blockage; as opposed to a hemorrhagic stroke, which is caused by the rupture of a blood vessel.
