How 'Luke Cage' star Mike Colter dealt with his daughter swallowing his action figure

Mike Colter, who plays Luke Cage in the Marvel series Luke Cage, revealed the downsides of having an action figure of yourself. He said on The Talk that his 3-year-old daughter has his action figure that she plays with in the bath and even takes it to bed with her.

However, Colter said he heard her over their baby monitor say, “Daddy, I swallowed Luke Cage’s arm!”

The Talk showed a picture of a Luke Cage figure missing an arm.

Colter shared his not-so-super reaction, “So needless to say, I panicked. We didn’t know what to do. We called the doctor. The doctor said, ‘Don’t worry, bring her in tomorrow or the next couple days.’ Meanwhile, we’re searching every bowel movement she has.”

Luckily, they didn’t have to do that for long. Colter talked to their doctor and said they didn’t need to keep sorting through their daughter’s No. 2. Apparently, “It happens all the time.”
