Country Thunder Arizona has lined up some of country music's biggest stars for 2023.

Jon Pardi, Luke Bryan, Cody Johnson and the formerly local Dierks Bentley are headlining the four-day festival's return to Canyon Moon Ranch near Florence from Thursday, April 13, through Sunday, April 16.

Ashley McBryde, Parker McCollum, Kip Moore, Parmalee, Lonestar, Tracy Byrd, Nate Smith, Randall King, Hailey Whitters and the Reklaws are also performing with more acts to be announced.

In a  release, Country Thunder Music Festivals CEO Troy Vollhoffer said, “Our fans in Arizona have come to expect the biggest and best when it comes to the talent at our events. This lineup goes even deeper with the hottest up-and-comers in the business and classic country artists who have stood the test of time.”

Vollhoffer went on to say they're "incredibly proud to return to Arizona and deliver this lineup to some of the best country music fans in the world.”

Country Thunder Arizona 2023 headliners

Jon Pardi last played Country Thunder Arizona in 2017, when he took the stage just before Bentley's headlining performance.

Pardi's hits include four songs that have taken him to No. 1 on Billboard's country airplay charts since 2016 — "Head Over Boots," "Dirt on My Boots," "Heartache Medication" and "Last Night Lonely."

That last one is from Pardi's latest album, "Mr. Saturday Night."

Luke Bryan brought a record-breaking Country Thunder Arizona weekend to a rousing finish in 2018 as the weekend's final headliner.

He's topped the country airplay chart with no fewer than 23 songs, from "Rain is a Good Thing" in 2010 through last year's "Waves" from "Born Here Live Here Die Here," Bryan's fifth consecutive release to top the country album charts.

He's also been named Entertainer of the Year at both the ACM and CMA Awards.

Cody Johnson last played Country Thunder Arizona in 2018.

When Johnson opened for Miranda Lambert at the Coors Light Birds Nest, he told the crowd, "My name is Cody Johnson and I stand for real country music." This is true.

If you're the type that often finds yourself complaining that this dang new-fangled country doesn't sound like actual country music, he's your boy (which may explain why last year's "Til You Can't" is Johnson's only country No. 1 to date). You can expect his set to be among the weekend's best.

This is Bentley's first headlining set at Country Thunder Arizona since 2019, when he told the crowd, "I'm trying to run this just like a regular show but it's not a regular show. We're in Arizona down here."

Bentley launched his career in 2003 with the double-platinum breakthrough hit "What Was I Thinkin'," the first of 18 songs to top the Billboard country and/or country airplay charts.

He's earned 14 Grammy nominations and countless awards from the ACMs, CMAs and the Billboard Music Awards.

This year, Country Thunder Arizona featured headlining performances by Morgan Wallen, Riley Green, Florida Georgia Line and Blake Shelton, who was joined on stage by Gwen Stefani.
