MONTEREY TWP. — Country superstar Luke Bryan will bring his annual farm tour back to West Michigan.

Bryan broke the news Monday on his website, listing a six-show tour for September, including a stop on Sept. 16 at the John Schaendorf Dairy Farm northwest of Hopkins.

Ticket prices weren't listed, but VIP passes — which include early entry and access to a private bar and restroom facility — cost $209.

Bryan is no stranger to Michigan. He performed in Brooklyn last weekend as part of the 10th Annual Faster Horses Festival. His farm tour performed at Stafford Farms in Richland in 2019. Last year, the farm tour stopped at the Kubiak Family Farm in Fowlerville, east of Lansing.

Kameron Marlow, Chayce Beckham and Peach Pickers are expected to open for Bryan. The parking area at John Schaendorf Dairy Farm will open at 2 p.m. Gates open at 5 p.m. and performances start at 6 p.m.

Bryan is one of the most popular country artists of the past decade. The Georgia native first found success as a songwriter, including Travis Tritt’s “My Honky Tonk History” and Billy Currington’s “Good Directions.”

He broke out as a performer in 2007 with his first hit single, “All My Friends Say.” To date, he has released seven studio albums and has won a slew of country music awards. In 2018, he joined the cast of American Idol as a judge.
