It's not even Christmas, but Luann de Lesseps already has her New Year's resolution set.

The Real Housewives of New York City alumna tells PEOPLE that she's planning to change her relationship status next year and settle down.

"I’m having the best time right now being single. But 2024, I’m manifesting to be my year of love because I’m a hopeless romantic," the 58-year-old Countess says, while promoting her stint in Peacock's upcoming Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy"Three time’s the charm!"

Bravo viewers have seen the highs and lows of de Lesseps' love life over the years.

When RHONY premiered in March 2008, she was married to first husband Count Alexandre de Lesseps, with whom she shares two children: daughter Victoria, 29, and son Noel, 27. But the Count filed for divorce in 2009 after 16 years of marriage, leaving de Lesseps "devastated."

"I knew that we were kind of separating, but I was hoping that things were going to work out," she told PEOPLE at the time, adding that she always assumed she would be “married forever.”

Love helped heal her heartbreak, specifically in French wine distributor Jacques Azoulay, who appeared with her on RHONY. “I feel very lucky,” she said after meeting Azoulay. “I never thought I would be lucky enough to find somebody like that again in my life.”

The two dated for four years before splitting in 2013. “Jacques and I broke up, and it’s really hard,” she said in RHONY's sixth season. “We have been bickering back and forth for months. He’s my rock, he’s my best friend, [but] we don’t want the same things anymore."

And then there was Tom D'Agostino. After being introduced by fellow RHUGT: RHONY Legacy star Dorinda Medley, the two got engaged just three months later, with de Lesseps confidently proclaimed on RHONY that she had finally met her “soulmate.”

They would wed on Dec. 31, 2016, in a lavish, three-day celebration in Palm Beach, Florida. But divorce would come just 8 months later. "When you love somebody, you have your blinders on," de Lesseps recalled during an episode of The Wendy Williams Show. "You fall hard quick, and I’m a very strong person, as a lot of you know, I’m pretty resilient, and so I thought I could handle it until the point where I couldn’t handle it anymore."

From then on, there was a series of short-lived romances, including one with her agent, Richard Super. And now, de Lesseps finds herself wanting something more serious. "It's time," she tells PEOPLE Tuesday. "I think I've kissed enough frogs, don't you?"

Her quest for love comes at a perfect timing for de Lesseps. Next year, she's launching a brand new cabaret show tour — cheekily named Marry, F, Kill.

The show, directed by Richard-Jay Alexander and on sale now, is a celebration of all things love. "It's all about marriage, divorce, love, life, reality — a perfect fit for Valentine's Day, because we're kicking the tour off at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on Feb. 16, two days later," she says. "So I'm excited!"

She'll also be debuting a new song, aptly titled "Marry, F, Kill." Says de Lesseps: 'I'm wrote the song with Bruce Roberts, who wrote my Christmas song, 'What Do I Want for Christmas.' So I'm looking forward to everyone hearing that because it's so different — you're going to love it."

Until then, de Lesseps has plenty to keep her busy. She's partnered with Uber for a holiday remake of her hit song, "Money Can't Buy You Class," the song's new lyrics and music video now showcasing the many ways money can buy you class when you’re gifting on Uber Eats. For those inspired to shop like the Countess, she's also curated collections in the Uber Eats app, including themed collections themed for "Real Housewives," "Cabaret Queens" and more.

Later this month, she'll be back in the Housewives universe with the premiere of RHUGT: RHONY Legacy.

The show reunites de Lesseps with Kelly Killoren BensimonDorinda Medley, Sonja MorganRamona Singer and Kristen Taekman for a fun-filled trip to the beautiful St. Barths, home of one of the most infamous RHONY trips of all time.

"To go back to that house in St. Barth’s was just surreal," she tells PEOPLE. "There’s so many things that happened in that house, and to be back with the ladies there — and then throw some new ones in the mix — I was nervous. I didn’t know how it was going to play out. But I think we were all in such a great place that we just let loose and had fun."

"Of course, we do pull down that fourth wall and get into all that stuff. But the show is really about true friends just enjoying one another," she says. "And that's the beauty of it. It's good, clean fun. It's not dark, like a lot of these shows can tend to me. It's just what we need for the moment."
