“Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star Teairra Mari is asking a judge to stop 50 Cent, and is accusing him of harassing her in their nasty court battle.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, 50 Cent recently asked the judge to sanction Mari to the tune of $4,842.50, due to his belief she failed to follow a rule of the court requiring the filing of an opposition or response to a motion he filed .
Mari fired back demanding the judge deny his request. She claims to have turned over all her financial information to the rapper, so he can collect on the money she owes him.
The reality star claims 50 Cent has all the information but instead “continues to flood the court with unmerited requests and continues to harass Mari for additional money he is not entitled to.”
Last month, the rapper accused Mari of failing to turn over certain bank account numbers and driver’s license information. He explained he needs the information to continue his hunt to collect on the $30,000 she already owes him. 50 demanded she pay sanctions for not turning over all the information.
As The Blast first reported, 50 Cent was awarded $30,000 from Mari after a judge ordered the reality star to pay the rapper after he prevailed in her revenge porn lawsuit.
He has been trying to collect on the money for months and even got a hearing where Marí’s finances were examined. A judge questioned her about her sources of income and finances. During the hearing she claimed she was “broke broke” without income.
50 Cent is not buying that excuse and is still on the hunt to collect his money. He even went so far as serving Marí with legal papers at the airport.
Last year, Teairra Mari sued 50 Cent and her ex-boyfriend, Akbar Abdul-Ahad, accusing them of engaging in a plan to sexually objectify, threaten, intimidate, humiliate and degrade her.
She claimed Abdul-Ahad logged into her Instagram account and posted a sexually graphic video that featured “ejaculate” on her face.
Marí said Abdul-Ahad was upset because she claims he was trying to develop a polyamorous relationship, and a reality show highlighting that polyamorous lifestyle, but she wanted no part.
Marí said after she removed the video and photo that Abdul-Ahad had posted, 50 Cent posted the material on his own page. She said 50 even applied a “black and white” filter to highlight the color contrast of semen on Marí’s face. He captioned the photo “get the strap,” which the reality star claims was a possible reference to encourage his fans to harm her.
50 denied all the allegations and said by the time he reposted the image, it was already all over the internet. He demanded her lawsuit be thrown out of court, arguing the photo didn’t even show genitals or a sexual act in progress.
