'Love & Hip Hop' Star Joseline Hernandez No Longer Facing Eviction Lawsuit

“Love & Hip Hop” star Joseline Hernandez is no longer facing eviction from a luxury Florida apartment.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Hernandez’s landlord has dropped their lawsuit against the reality star. Hernandez had yet to respond to the lawsuit in court.

Earlier this year, Landlord Beach Place Apartments sued Hernandez accusing her of failing to pay her rent.

Hernandez had been living in a $2,056 a month luxury apartment in Sunny Isles Beach. The suit accused the reality star of refusing to pay rent for June. She had been living in the home since January 2019.

The suit demanded $2,375 plus sought to evict Hernandez from the home.

Hernandez is on a roll with her legal battles. She recently hashed out a deal to end her custody battle with ex Stevie J.

Last month, the two were even able to hang out backstage with their new significant others.

Joseline posted a photo of backstage with Stevie, his wife Faith Evans and Joseline's boyfriend DJ Ballistic. Also in the photo was Joseline and Stevie’s daughter, Bonnie Bella Jordan. The foursome look happy and are posing for the photo together.

She captioned the photo, “Amazing show tonight #FaithEvans #StevieJ #goodvibes #philly.”

Back in 2018, Stevie J. and Joseline were able to reach a settlement over custody and support.

Stevie was to pay Joseline a total of $1,000 a month in child support. That amount was based on his stated $30,000 a month income.

Joseline also listed her monthly income as $30,000 at the time. She was awarded primary physical custody while they shared joint legal custody.
