Love Is Blind season 6 came to a dramatic finish.

The reality dating show returned to Netflix on Feb. 14, 2024, and introduced fans to 30 singles ready to find love. As usual, the first few episodes focused on the potential couples getting to know each other without being able to see each other in the pods.

Love triangles are inevitable in this set-up and this season was no exception. In total, five couples got engaged in the pods and then headed to the Dominican Republic for a romantic getaway.

After returning home to Charlotte, North Carolina, in episodes 7 through 9 (released on Feb. 21), the engaged couples grappled with the realities of day-to-day life — and were able to reconnect with their exes from the pods.

When the season concluded on March 6, the remaining couples had to decide whether or not they were marriage material. While a few couples walked down the aisle, not everyone said "I do" at the altar.

On March 13, most of the cast members came together for a drama-filled reunion, including one surprise couple who reconnected after the pods.

Here are all the details on who got married on Love Is Blind season 6 and who left the pods single.

Who got married?

Johnny McIntyre and Amy Cortés

In the pods, Johnny McIntyre and Amy Cortés found a connection right away. They were each other’s No. 1 picks from the beginning and had instant chemistry during their in-person meeting.

After returning from the Dominican Republic, it was revealed that the couple had not yet had sex because Amy was not on birth control. This led to a discussion in which Johnny expressed that while he does want to become a parent eventually, he was concerned about a potential unwanted pregnancy. Amy agreed that she wanted to wait “another five years” until having kids, but said that she and Johnny needed to overcome this “roadblock” before their wedding.

Johnny told PEOPLE that he felt like the conversation was “kind of spun the wrong way” on the episode and clarified that he “wanted to know Amy for herself first and actually to know her before we welcome kids into the mix."

Despite their initial post-engagement tension, Johnny and Amy got married during the finale of Love Is Blind season 6. Their wedding was the least dramatic part of the episode leading fans to celebrate the couple's straightforward connection.

During the reunion, Johnny and Amy addressed their birth control conversation and he admitted he didn't know enough about the various options to have a knowledgable point-of-view. "Respectfully, I had to educate him a lot," Amy said. "But we figured it out, I never ended up going on birth control, he never got a vasectomy. We figured it out and that's all that matters."

Although this moment added some stress to their relationship, Amy also said, "He's just so gentle and caring and loving. I couldn't have a better man."

Who said no at the altar?

Clay Gravesande and Amber Desiree "AD" Smith

After discovering that Matthew Duliba had been telling Amber Grant the same things he was telling her, Amber Desiree "AD" Smith set her sights on Clay Gravesande. He was initially upset to learn about AD’s connection with Matthew, but he ultimately proposed and she accepted.

In the Dominican Republic, Clay voiced concern about the commitment required in a marriage, which was troubling to AD. When meeting his mom and sister, she claimed that he was working too much and not dedicating enough time to their relationship.

Later, Clay suggested that he was worried he would cheat in his potential marriage to AD. When it came time to decide their fate at the end of the aisle, Clay left AD heartbroken. After he said "I don't," Clay told AD it was a "game-time decision."

He added, "It’s irresponsible of me to say yes in this time when I’m not ready to give you 100%, and you wouldn’t want that."

During the reunion, Clay and AD talked about their breakup and he told the group he would absolutely date AD again. "She’s honestly the love of my life, and I did make a mistake going to the altar and saying no," Clay said.

AD listened to her ex but ultimately turned him down. "You had your chance, there's nothing that I wouldn't have given you, there's nothing I wouldn't have done for you," she said. "And low key, respectfully, you played in my f------ face ... because you knew that you didn't want to get married."

Who got engaged but broke up before the wedding?

Kenneth Gorham and Brittany Mills

One of the first couples to get engaged in the pods, Kenneth Gorham and Brittany Mills bonded over their faith and mutual desire to have a family. They had a romantic in-person reveal and enjoyed their time together in the Dominican Republic, though the couple did discuss being in an interracial relationship as Kenneth opened up about the fact that he had never dated a white woman before.

Their relationship seemed stable, but things took a turn when the couple returned to North Carolina. After Brittany told Kenneth that she didn’t feel enough affection from him, the pair determined that their physical attraction just wasn’t there.

They parted ways respectfully, but while Kenneth gathered his things to leave the apartment, Brittany was left crying on the sofa.

"Brittany and I just had a phenomenal connection. It was so real, so genuine, so authentic, something I had never experienced before to that level," Kenneth told PEOPLE. "At that time, we were less than a week away from our wedding. And so, I said to myself, 'As much as I would love to still fight for this thing, considering where we are right now, there's no way that we could say yes to each other.' "

Brittany added, "It may seem a bit sudden to the eye, but I think for him and I, coming back after the Dominican and being in a home and trying to get back to normal reality of how our day-to-day life is, we did seem like we were drifting apart just a bit ... we came to an understanding of, yes, we did see some changes post-being in the pods and then in the DR."

Around the same time as the reunion, Kenneth and Brittany confirmed to PEOPLE that they still have a lot of love for each other and talk often. "Kenneth and I, after the experience, we ended on a very good note and we have remained very close friends," she said.

He added, "I think the love that we have for each other and the bond that we formed will never die ... I have so much respect for her, so much love for her."

Jimmy Presnell and Chelsea Blackwell

It hasn’t exactly been smooth sailing for Jimmy and Chelsea who were both at the center of love triangles this season. The couple had a strong connection in the pods but each had another top contender they were considering. Jimmy ultimately broke up with Jessica Vestal in order to propose to Chelsea, and she turned down Trevor Sova after the proposal.

Chelsea prompted internet discourse among fans after telling Jimmy that she looked like Megan Fox while they were still in the pods. After their reveal, Jimmy said in a confessional that his fiancée had "lied" about her appearance but he was still attracted to her.

In the Dominican Republic, Chelsea got upset with Jimmy for making comments about AD’s body. Back in North Carolina, she confronted him about his lack of affection and he accused her of being “clingy.” She also discovered that Jimmy had seen a photo of Jessica and worried that he was second-guessing his choice, though he quelled her concern.

Drama continued for the couple when Jimmy went out with a group that included a woman he had previously had sex with and the pair fought over the situation. When it came time for their final date, Jimmy broke up with Chelsea. After she professed her love and said she was ready to commit, her fiancé said he couldn't say yes.

"I love you to death, and I want a relationship with you, and I want us to work so bad. But I don’t want to go to the altar," Jimmy said.

During the reunion, he addressed the moment when Chelsea brought up his hook-up with one of his friends. "I'd be robbing [Chelsea] if I didn't tell her. I told her because I was planning to get married to her and she needed to know every bit of me," Jimmy said.

Chelsea apologized for reacting so strongly to the conversation and later revealed to PEOPLE, "We dated for a few days after the breakup. And it was a journey that we were trying to maneuver together." Ultimately, the couple went their separate ways.

Jeramey Lutinski and Laura Dadisman

Jeramey Lutinski dated both Sarah Ann Bick and Laura Dadisman but ultimately proposed to the latter, who accepted. Their engagement started strong, but in the Dominican Republic, Jeramey made a joke about touching AD’s breast, which caused tension.

As the season continued, and drama rose around their former love triangle, Jeramey admitted that Sarah Ann had sent him a message on Instagram, offering to hang out if things didn't work out with him and Laura.

At the end of episode 9, Laura confronted Jeramey about coming home late and accused him of meeting up with Sarah Ann. Jeramey admitted he was with her at a group outing but denied doing anything physical. The episode ended with Laura storming off and saying, “I want out.”

Later, at the all-cast lake party, Jeramey confirmed that his relationship with Laura was over and spent some time with Sarah Ann.

During the reunion, Jeramey insisted, "nothing inappropriate happened," that night he spent with Sarah Ann. "I didn't intentionally lie about that. I did share my location, I just didn't have anything to hide," he added.

Despite this, in the most dramatic moment of the reunion, Jeramey and Sarah Ann did confirm they had been dating for almost a year and were living together. Laura, who was tuning in on Zoom, did not share her support of the couple.

"I don't care about what they did until 5 a.m., I think they're both disgusting," she said, referencing their late-night hang-out.

Who left the pods single?

Jessica was hoping to leave the pods with Jimmy and was heartbroken when he proposed to Chelsea instead. Back in North Carolina, Jessica met up with Laura and said she wanted to see Jimmy.

Later, Jessica and Jimmy met for the first time at a lake party and discussed their former connection. Despite Jessica's initial desire to reunite with Jimmy, nothing came of the moment.

Trevor Sova

Trevor was planning to propose to Chelsea in the pods but Jimmy popped the question before he had the chance, and she accepted. Trevor later told PEOPLE that he felt like it “could have gone either way" if his date with Chelsea had been first.

"I've never connected with a girl like I connected with her, so I was amazed that she felt she had a better connection with someone else," Trevor said. "But I'm very proud of myself for how I handled that situation."

Chelsea and Trevor met at the all-cast lake party and talked about the moment when their relationship ended. Trevor asked Chelsea to explain why she didn't choose him and the pair had a brief, tense discussion about his heartbreak.

During the reunion, Trevor addressed rumors that he had been in a serious relationship before coming to the pods. "I was not dating her, 'dating her' technically, I never said, 'Will you be my girlfriend?' before the show started, but ... obviously, we were close," he said referring to text messages from right before filming started in which he wrote that he loved his former girlfriend.

"She was the typical girl I'd go for in real life," Trevor added. "I told her before [that] I want to go on this to try and experiment with something else. There's no justifying that — that sounds f------ horrible what I just said."

Chelsea responded to Trevor's explanation. "I'm definitely not here to grill you by any means," she said. "It didn't work out for us. I had this intuition of why I didn't pick you and I couldn't explain it but now I can."

Matthew Duliba

Matthew on 'Love is Blind'.

Matthew struggled with vulnerability in the pods but eventually formed connections with AD and Amber G. When he was caught telling both women that they were his No. 1, he left the pods.

Despite the drama, AD told PEOPLE that there was no bad blood between her and Matthew and that they spoke after his betrayal.

"I did have a few conversations with Matthew," she said. "It went well. Matthew's got a very interesting way of getting his point across. And so, I didn't push, I didn't pull anything out of him. He said what he wanted to say, and we had our conversation, and we moved on."

During the reunion, AD revealed that she and Matthew briefly rekindled their relationship after her breakup with Clay. "We went on a few dates. Like two-ish," she said. "The first one he wanted to apologize to me. He was heartbroken; he was very, very upset about the way everything played out and the way he felt like he played in both of our faces."

Ultimately, these dates did not result in a lasting connection. "We live completely two different lifestyles," AD explained.

Sarah Ann Bick

Sarah Ann left the pods alone after Jeramey broke up with her in order to propose to Laura. Later, she told AD that Jeramey claimed he was “breaking everything off” with Laura.

The love triangle continued when Sarah Ann and Jeramey reunited at a lake party and rode away on jet skis, a moment that fans have criticized as hurtful to his ex Laura.

During the reunion, Sarah Ann and Jeramey revealed that they had been dating for almost a year and were living together. "I fell in love with Jeramey as a person and we've had a strong connection since the beginning of this experiment," she said.

Jeramey added, "We did realize fighting through things continuously that we do love each other ... not everything's been perfect, but we're still fighting for that every single day."

Amber formed a connection with Matthew but after discovering he was being dishonest with her and AD, she decided to leave the pods.

Before her departure, she had a tearful conversation with AD where she said that the friendships she made with the other women were the “best part” of her experience on Love Is Blind.
