9-1-1's firefighters are just as obsessed with reality dating shows as the rest of us.

On Monday's episode of the Fox first-responder drama, the members of the 118 will be called to the set of a show in the vein of Netflix's Love Is Blind, TLC's 90 Day Fiancé, or Lifetime's Married at First Sight — and EW has an exclusive preview of the crisis that unfolds.

The team is summoned to the set of Speed Wedding, which Bobby (Peter Krause) describes as "Two people who've never met before are matched by a team of experts, and they meet for the first time at the alter." Buck (Oliver Stark) is a big fan, and Bobby and Athena (Angela Bassett) apparently watch it to "unwind."

The moment is definitely lighter than what we've seen unfolding throughout this season: Buck's relationship drama, Eddie (Ryan Guzman) battling his PTSD, Maddie (Jennifer Love Hewitt) struggling with her postpartum, Chimney (Kenneth Choi) struggling with Maddie struggling. But showrunner Kristen Reidel previously told EW that there's been a conscious effort to lighten things up recently. In fact, it was one of the reasons they introduced Arielle Kebbel's Lucy in March.

"It just felt like we needed somebody else at the 118 to bring back a little bit of fun that I think we were missing in the first half of the season," Reidel said of bringing Lucy in. "All of our characters are going through varying degrees of trauma, and we wanted somebody to come in without baggage, without history, and kind of inject a little bit of levity and fun and joy back into that firehouse."

New episodes of 9-1-1 air Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
