The anticipation for Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1s continues to mount up, and now we have official release details about the collab.

Today, the French luxury fashion house confirmed it will release nine iterations of the Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1 in June. Louis Vuitton’s press release says the sneakers will be made available first to the Maison’s community in the weeks leading up to the drop, which aligns with recent reports of top clients receiving calls from store reps giving them the opportunity to preorder pairs.

The styles that will be up for grabs include a tonal white and black colorway of the lows, two-tone makeups donning red, blue, and green accents, along with several multicolored iterations. The low-tops will retail for 2,000 euros while the mid-tops retail for 2,500 euros.

In addition to the sneakers, a special Louis Vuitton and Nike “Air Force 1” by Virgil Abloh exhibition will open at the Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse in Brooklyn. The space will be open to the public from May 20 to May 31 and will showcase 47 iterations of the collaborative sneakers. There will also be large glass boxes of graphic globe sculptures placed around New York City coinciding with the exhibition, which can be seen at Domino Park, Grand Central, South Street Seaport, Astor Place, Columbus Circle, Flatiron Plaza and Gansevoort Plaza.

The Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1s were designed by the late Virgil Abloh, who died of a rare form of cancer in November 2021. 200 pairs of a special Damier and monogram-printed colorway were made available via a Sotheby’s auction in February and sold for an average of $126,500 per pair.

According to Louis Vuitton, the collab will be released to the general public via an inclusive digital activation next month but specific details about the launch process have not yet been shared.
