Lori Loughlin and her husband may have not cut a deal with prosecutors, but they are still looking towards a higher power for help and guidance as they face years in prison.
We’re told Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli participated in the Palm Sunday mass at The Church of the Good Shepherd in Beverly Hills. A source at the church tells The Blast, the “Full House” star and her husband actually lead the palm procession through and around the church. The act is done before Easter week to signify the entry of Jesus to Jerusalem.
Their daughter, Olivia Jade, did not attend the church service with her parents.
We’re told Loughlin seemed at ease throughout the service, smiling and exchanging greetings with parishioners. Mossimo, however, remained quiet and stoic. We’re told it was obvious “he had the weight of the world on his shoulders.”
We’re told they did not publicly discuss the federal criminal case.
The famous couple has a lot to pray about, as they just entered a plea of not guilty in the college admissions scandal. After being hit with additional charges last week, both Loughlin and Gianulli are facing up to 40 years in prison.
Church of the Good Shepherd is the oldest church in Beverly Hills and also served as the wedding venue for stars like Elizabeth Taylor, Mark Wahlberg and almost Paris Hilton. It’s also been the location for celebrity funerals, like Frank Sinatra, Merv Griffin and Zsa Zsa Gabor.
